San Antonio

While in Utah, Neil and I left the kids with my parents and went to San Antonio ALONE. Neither of us had ever been there before and we had a great time.  It sure is nice to get away without any kids...THANKS MOM and DAD!

In July we went to Utah for a Shimizu Family Reunion.  We went to Lagoon for the kids' first time and Max and Ellie really loved it...Payton not so much as you can see! 

July 4th

So again, I am behind on blogging and am playing catch up. Apparently we did a very poor job of photographing our Fourth of July activities...so here's a picture that Max took of himself (and his gum).  

Neil's parents actually came into town for the Fourth and we pulled a fast one and surprised Neil and Max.  They took a taxi to Costco and I sent Neil and Max there to pick up a few things. Max was a little shocked for a while and kept saying "I can't believe you're here!"  The weekend's activities included going to see Transformers, bowling, brunch buffet at a new casino, watching fireworks from our house and Star Wars episodes IV, V and VI.  We had a great time, thanks Grandma and Grandpa Woolf!

June Utah Trip

I'm still behind on posting, but figured I needed to get these up before we leave for our next trip to Utah tomorrow!  A few weeks ago, Neil went to Scout Camp for a week and so I took the kids to Utah (with the much appreciated help of Patrice and Taryn!).  We had a great time...here are our best pics!

Prayer Time!

The girls are very good at prayer time now.  They are very cute to watch...which means I usually have my eyes open!  Max also does a great job saying the prayer, thinking about who is visiting or what is happening and also often thanks Heavenly Father for our bodies, muscles and POWER!
